Upon legitimate Account closure not arising from a breach by the Player, ffjl will return the verified Account balance to the Player via the original deposit method or a verified withdrawal method. Balances held in accounts closed due to breach of Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ffjl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Prior to commencing any legal action, Players are required to attempt to resolve the dispute through ffjl's formal complaints procedure as described in Section 12. Disputes regarding game outcomes and Platform fairness may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
ffjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ffjl will provide registered Players with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.
Minor amendments — including clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, and updates required to reflect changes in Applicable Law — may take effect without advance notice.
